Why Self-Hosted n8n
n8n is our primary automation platform. We self-host it, which means:
- No per-operation pricing that compounds as you scale
- Full code access: custom JavaScript nodes for logic Zapier cannot express
- Your data stays within your infrastructure
- No vendor ceiling: if the platform cannot do it natively, we write it
We use Make and Zapier for simpler cases where self-hosting is not warranted. We will tell you which fits before we start.
When You Have Hit the Ceiling
If you are already using Zapier or Make and hitting limits on logic complexity, data volume, or monthly cost, we migrate the workflow to self-hosted n8n and rebuild it properly. Most migrations complete within two weeks.
